STEPS FOR ENROLLMENT

1. Attend our annual open house or a private tour.

Our annual open house is from 10:00AM to 12:00PM Sunday August 27th at 4073 NE 12th Ave. Please enter the school on the south side of the house and call all or email to RSVP for the open house.

2. Complete application, consent form, emergency form and enrollment agreement.

3. Make payment of one month’s tuition and the annual $200 supply fee (this payment is your final June payment and is carried over from year to year).

4. These steps will complete your enrollment and starting in September you will owe your first month’s tuition.

Tuition is due the first of each month.

5 Days Per Week $775/mo.
4 Days Per Week $675/mo.
3 Days Per Week $575/mo.
2 Days Per Week $400/mo.

Annual enrollment/supply fee $200
Discounts for payment in full and for siblings

AFTER CARE

Available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 12:30–5pm.
Pick up is between 3:30 – 5:00.

There is a monthly fee of:

1 Day Per Week $160/mo.
2 Days Per Week $300/mo.
3 Days Per Week $420/mo.
4 Days Per Week $560/mo.
5 Days Per Week $680/mo.

PAYMENT POLICIES

A 5% discount will be provided for families who pay the full amount for the 10-month program. Discounts available for cash payments as well. If you withdraw your enrollment before the end of the school year in June you will loose your one months deposit. No refunds will be offered. Yearly rates are established at the start of each school year and are guaranteed for that school year (September to June).If a tuition payment is more than 3 days late, a fee of $25 will be assessed. If payment continues to be delinquent for more than 2 weeks or your payment is 7 days late for a 3rd time, your contract will be terminated and your child will no longer attend LGS. The tuition fee schedule is equally divided over 10 months regardless of scheduled vacation days, absences due to illness, or inclement weather cancellations.
